• Linda Marrinon: selected works 1982–2000

    17 Feb 2001 to 22 Apr 2001
    Curator: Bala Starr

This exhibition is a survey-style presention of the work of Melbourne artist Linda Marrinon throughout a twenty year period.

Marrinon’s work reflects the artist’s struggle to affirm the continued relevance of painting in a sceptical age. She confronts the highs and lows of an artist’s life, and also celebrates the colour and energy of fashion, architecture, comic strips, and modern art.
